Discover the Biotech hub of the Southeast

Located in the second-largest research park in the U.S, HudsonAlpha’s 152-acre campus is centrally located in Huntsville, Alabama, and accessible to shopping, dining and entertainment. Take a walk or jog on the double helix pathway, enjoy a bite to eat in the cafe, or enjoy the outdoors on a bench in one of the gardens.

For decades, Huntsville has been home to pioneers in defense and aerospace, like Boeing and Northrop Grumman, and engineering companies like Adtran. Today, the Rocket City is emerging as a pacesetter for biotech as well. Since 2006, HudsonAlpha alone has generated more than $4.2 billion in economic impact for the state of Alabama, and generated more than 2,685 jobs (direct and multiplier) with employment in multiple sectors of the bioscience industry, including research, pharmaceuticals, medical testing, medical devices, and agriculture, among others, according to a recent impact analysis study conducted by the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Innovation that inspires

There are more than 40 biotech companies located on the HudsonAlpha campus. The campus is a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture that supports the growth and success of life sciences companies of all sizes and stages.
