What’s in your genome? Scientists and clinicians at HudsonAlpha are leveraging the power of the human genome to diagnose rare diseases and improve overall human health. By using DNA sequencing and other advanced technologies, our genomic medicine team can determine risk of disease, make diagnoses, and determine the most effective treatments. Genomics enhances our ability to determine the causes of disease, better understand common complex disorders, and identify new prevention strategies. Genomic medicine will ultimately create a healthier society. Please join us for the 2017 Spring Benefit and support genomic medicine at the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology.

For this year’s Spring Benefit, Dr. Howard Jacob will deliver the keynote address. Dr. Jacob will talk about how quickly things have advanced in their field since he first came to Huntsville two years ago. He will talk about the many ways HudsonAlpha is applying what we know in genomic science to help physicians and their families lead healthier lives. Proceeds from the Spring Benefit will help HudsonAlpha grow their genomic medicine program.
