Description:
HudsonAlpha Educational Outreach is seeking an upper level undergraduate or Masters level student currently in a biology secondary education program. Responsibilities would include working with the K-12 coordinator and a master teacher to prepare for and conduct summer camps for middle and high school students as well as a two-week teacher professional development academy. This position includes laboratory prep work as well as small group instruction.
Specific Requirements:
- Some teaching experience preferred.
- Good communication skills, including speaking to adult and secondary school audiences.
- Must be able to work independently and in team settings.
