Thank you for agreeing to provide a letter of recommendation for a BioTrain summer internship applicant. You will be able to submit only one (1) letter for one (1) applicant at a time. If you are writing letters for more than one applicant, please submit a new form for each student. All letters of reference need to be on letterhead and need to include a signature. Letters must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM CST February 15, 2015 in order to be considered.
