HudsonAlpha raised $1,905 during Alabama Gives Day

Alabama Gives Day

The inaugural Alabama Gives Day raised more than $740,000 for nonprofits across the state, HudsonAlpha being one of the beneficiaries. The institute received $1,905 from donors during the unprecedented 24 hours of giving.

"Thanks to everyone who supported HudsonAlpha during Alabama Gives Day," said Carter Wells, director of external affairs. "We appreciate the gifts given to advance the research, education and work of HudsonAlpha."

More than 1,000 agencies across the state benefitted from Alabama Gives Day, hosted by the Alabama Association of Nonprofits and the Alabama Broadcasters Association. Donors could choose a charity through the Razoo Foundation website and make secure donations online.

Friday morning, the Alabama Gives Day website shared a grateful message, "because of your generosity of Feb. 2, countless lives and communities will be positively impacted through your investment."

HudsonAlpha would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Alabama Gives Day donors, as well as the generosity of its supporters throughout the year. It’s never too late to support HudsonAlpha’s mission. To donate, click here
