Major FDA funding “significant milestone” for HudsonAlpha associate company

EGEN logo The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recently awarded EGEN, Inc., one of HudsonAlpha’s 15 associate companies, a $1,600,000 four-year grant to support its ovarian cancer-fighting drug therapy. According to EGEN CEO Dr. Khursheed Answer, the funding represents a “significant milestone” in the Phase II clinical development of “EGEN -001,” the company’s lead product. Read more.
