HOTCoffee brewing at HudsonAlpha this summer

Entrepreneur group to meet at biotech institute

Huntsville, Ala. — The HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology is excited to host the entrepreneurship collaborative Huntsville Open Tech Coffee, also known as HOTCoffee.

HOTCoffee is a bi-weekly entrepreneurial gathering for anyone interested in technology startups, as well as an opportunity to share needs, news and ideas with like-minded people.

“HudsonAlpha is proud to open its doors to the innovators and entrepreneurs of Huntsville,” said Carter Wells, HudsonAlpha Vice President for Economic Development. “After all, HudsonAlpha was founded by entrepreneurs with ideas and goals that are now changing the approach to healthcare.”

The group meets every other Friday at 7:45 a.m., and for the summer months only, through Aug. 28, will be moving from UAH to HudsonAlpha’s Auditorium.

HOTCoffee is an initiative of the ICE Lab of the College of Business Administration at the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
