Shipping:
If you are planning to ship items before the conference, please note that we cannot accept shipments larger than 4’ W x 7” H x 7.5’ L. Your shipments will be in front of your booth space when you arrive for setup.

If you have any return shipments, please bring your FedEx account number and return shipping forms. You will be responsible for bringing packing materials, (i.e. scissors, tape, return shpping forms etc.) and repackaging your booth materials. You may leave items to be shipped at your booth for our facilities staff to pick up and move to our shipping dock for pick up by FedEx.
