Today Conversant Bio CEO Marshall Schreeder spoke to a UAH College of Business class about the business of biotech.
In 2014, HudsonAlpha and UAH formed the HudsonAlpha-University of Alabama in Huntsville Entrepreneurship Collaboration. The program aims to strengthen the business skills of life science sector startups at HudsonAlpha and enhance the educational experience for students in UAH’s College of Business Administration.
The collaboration includes a “Speaker Exchange,” where College of Business professors come speak to HudsonAlpha associate companies about various business topics. In exchange, HudsonAlpha leaders and biotech company leaders speak to a class of business students about starting and growing a business in the biotech sector.
