Our faculty includes specialists in clinical genomics, genomic research, computational biology and bioinformatics with experience across many fields of study from genomic medicine to plant genomics.
HudsonAlpha has developed an outstanding infrastructure for its vision. At the cutting edge of sequencing technology, we are only one of five nonprofit organizations in the United States with the advanced HiSeq X Ten platform providing unprecedented sequencing capacity. The Genomic Services Laboratory (GSL) produces high quality genomic data for HudsonAlpha’s scientists as well as for more than 800 clients from around the world. In addition, the HudsonAlpha Genome Sequencing Center (HGSC) has sequenced and assemble de novo genomes for more than 100 species and is one of the few groups in the world able to do this. These core capabilities allow the unprecedented production and analysis of genomic data. HudsonAlpha can partner with you to provide high-throughput sequencing, workflow optimization, genome assembly, custom analytical pipelines or other needs.
