HUNTSVILLE, Alabama – The excitement in Dr. Neil Lamb's voice when he talks about HudsonAlpha Institute's annual Biotrain tells you he gets a charge out of helping young people get their scientific careers off the ground.
Nearly three dozen young scientists participated in the fourth annual BioTrain internship program at HudsonAlpha this summer. Tuesday's Poster Day challenges them to tell what they've accomplished and learned in their eight-week experience.
"The language of communication in science is posters," said Lamb, HudsonAlpha's Director of Educational Programs, "and we wanted our interns to have the experience of using posters in making presentations."
