Professional Advisors Council

The HudsonAlpha Professional Advisors Council is comprised of legal, wealth management, accounting and estate planning professionals who work with the Institute to help their clients achieve philanthropic goals.

Members share their expertise with fellow professional advisors on how to effectively integrate philanthropy into conversations with clients. The Council also advises the HudsonAlpha Foundation about changing needs of professional advisors and helps to broaden the circle of advisors who may recommend the Institute as an outlet for their long-term philanthropic goals.

Through the Council, members attend quarterly education sessions, receive special Institute updates, are featured on HudsonAlpha’s website, and have the opportunity to present in their areas of expertise at planned giving seminars hosted by the Institute.

The HudsonAlpha Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is the supporting entity for the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology. Tax-deductible contributions to the foundation are for the sole purpose of advancing the mission of the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology.
