Murray’s talk included a presentation describing a technology he developed for lineage tracing and expression mapping in developing C. elegans embryos. He also presented data from his group’s research on mechanisms ensuring robust development in the model organism and on defining mechanisms of context specificity in developmental gene regulation. Murray is an associate professor in the Department of Genetics Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
