BioTrain is the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology’s internship program. We are excited to provide a variety of opportunities within BioTrain that reach out to high school through graduate students and grant experiences as diverse as marketing and business strategy to in-depth laboratory research. Those interested in a career in biotechnology can find little better than a summer or academic year internship with HudsonAlpha or one of the resident associate companies on our campus. We promise to deliver meaningful experiences to all internship participants that not only include career appropriate laboratory skills but also provide professional networking opportunities found nowhere else.

Each internship opportunity is crafted with specific skill sets in mind and will be open to participants based on their educational level and area of concentration.

After a completed application is received, the information will be reviewed and those selected for internships will be notified. Those selected applicants will then be required to attend a one-week Biotech Boot Camp at HudsonAlpha and demonstrate proficiency of all skills covered.

Applications for the 2015 summer program will open on January 15, 2015 and close at 5:00 PM CST on February 15, 2015. All application material must be submitted by that time.
